Rail Spoil Wagons

The below Rudd and Grampus wagons initially purchased for general material delivery and have proved useful in the past for ballast delivery to site on the NYMR. These days utilized primarily used for transporting spoil and used ballast back to Newbridge for offloading and removal from the NYMR.

Notes: 20T Grampus Wagon, built by Pressed Steel, Glasgow 1958.  Arrived at the NYMR in April 2008, bought by The York Area Group.
